As a transactions law clerk for CCSB’s business law practice, Sylvana thinks of her work as more of a chance to learn and further develop her skills. While her core responsibilities are the same, the firm’s clientele and industries are so diverse, she is always discovering something new in the process. She brings extensive experience and training in the area of corporate/commercial law as well as great attention to detail and creative thinking to every case. While the transactions she works on are often very fast-paced and intense, Sylvana considers each one to be challenging and unique in its own respective way. She assists with the completion of mergers and acquisitions, franchise transactions, secured and other financing transactions as well as conducts legal due diligence, research and drafting corporate and commercial documents.
