Cheryl is a Law Clerk in our Real Estate and Leasing Section.

Cheryl is a graduate of Ryerson’s Business Administration program, a past Director of The International Right of Way Association, a member of the Toronto Law Office Management Association and is a Fellow member and past Director of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario. Cheryl has participated in many community events, including past Chair, Fundraising-Volunteer, Camp Huronda, a camp for children with diabetes run by the Canadian Diabetes Association and the Walk for a Cure, run by the Juvenile Diabetes Association.

Prior to joining CCSB, Cheryl was a Law Clerk with Goodman and Carr and with TransCanada PipeLines Limited (TCPL), where she was responsible for TCPL’s land acquisition rights for the provinces of Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.

Cheryl has Co-Chaired The Law Society of Upper Canada’s conference on E-Reg for Real Estate Law Clerks.

In 2005 Cheryl obtained her Realtor’s licence and is an active member with the Toronto Real Estate Board.
