Stanley is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. He provides advice on commercial real estate, joint ventures, financing, mortgage enforcement and construction-related matters.

Stan represents some of Canada’s largest real estate developers and investors with respect to the development, acquisition, financing and disposition of mixed-use properties, office complexes, residential high-rise apartment buildings and various commercial properties, including shopping centres, hotels and nursing homes. He has also represented lenders with respect to mortgage enforcement remedies involving commercial and residential developments.
