Ria is a law clerk in the Corporate department. Ria has worked in the legal profession for over 6 years and has been at CCSB Law since 2021. Ria focuses on incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, reorganizations, share/asset purchase transactions and overall general corporate compliance. In this role Ria works closely with the lawyers in preparing corporate documents such as articles, share provisions, resolutions, forms and agreements. Her work also includes a variety of documentation and filings associated with registrations of business names, partnerships, and extra-provincial registrations.
Ria is a hardworking, creative and resourceful individual who can be counted on to get the job done. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, volunteering her time in the community and playing guitar.
