Sabrina Boese has been a part of our Real Estate department since April 2000. Sabrina has experience in acquisitions, dispositions and financings of all types (including residential, commercial and industrial) of real property. Sabrina prepares closing documentation, conducts due diligence, reviews title searches and prepares draft title requisition letters, answers title requisition letters from purchasers’ lawyers, applies for and negotiates title insurance policies, drafts reports, prepares closing documentation (including Teraview documents), co-ordinates closings, conducts closing searches and title sub-searches and attends to electronic registrations.
