Jeffrey graduated from the Osgoode Hall Law School in 1983 and was admitted to the Bar in 1985. Since then he has been practising exclusively in the area of taxation and estate planning.

Jeffrey has worked extensively with accountants and financial planners to provide tax and estate planning advice to them and their clients. In addition to routinely advising entrepreneurs and members of other professions on matters relating to both personal and corporate tax planning and estate planning, Jeffrey regularly provides advice on the structuring of transactions for mergers, acquisitions and sales, including cross border acquisitions and divestitures.

Jeffrey also acts for Canadians and works with U.S. professionals in providing estate planning advice and the structuring of estate plans for Canadian residents with children outside of Canada.

Jeffrey has lectured at the Bar Admission Course of the Law Society of Upper Canada and various professional organizations. Jeffrey is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.
