May is a Law Clerk in our Corporate Records Maintenance Department.

May graduated from York University with a degree in Business Administration and a Certificate in Management.

May has accumulated 20 years of experience working with corporate and commercial law. She has extensive involvement in corporate restructuring, tax-driven re-organization and business transactions. She also works with charitable and non-profit corporations.

May actively serves in a community church helping families with different needs, including those with children with special needs.

May is a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO).
