Sylvana is a transactions Law Clerk in our Business Law Section with extensive experience and training in the area of Corporate/Commercial Law. She provides assistance and legal research to the firm’s varied practice groups. She assists with the completion of mergers and acquisitions, franchise transactions, secured and other financing transactions, conducting legal due diligence and legal research and drafting corporate and commercial documents.

Sylvana regularly attends various conferences related to the Business Law Section that are offered through Insight Information Co., Osgoode Professional Development, The Canadian Institute, The Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association and The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.

Sylvana is a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and received her Legal Assistant Diploma from Humber College of Applied Arts of Ontario.
