Ashley is a law clerk in the Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning department. Ashley has worked in the legal profession for over 8 years and has been at CCSB since 2015. Ashley is skilled in the preparation of single and multiple wills, trusts, powers of attorney and trust and estate resolutions. Ashley’s strong file management skills are utilized for maintaining both our trust and estate records. Ashley also has experience in the administration of estates in dealing with the Estate Trustees, banking and investment institutions, beneficiaries and various Ontario Estates Courts. Ashley’s excellent interpersonal skills make clients feel more comfortable and confident in dealing with their estate matters.
