Dina is a senior clerk in our Corporate Department. She has worked in the legal profession for over 25 years and has been at CCSB Law since August 2024. She has broad experience in all areas relating to private Canadian corporations including incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions, continuances, corporate reorganizations, registrations, annual maintenance, and other general corporate documentation.
She works closely with the lawyers, clients and accountants to ensure any and all corporate matters are completed seamlessly. Dina is a detail-oriented, focused and organized individual who is a joy to deal with.
